The Method: Our foundational framework designed to help members develop sustainable habits through nourishment, mindset, nervous system support, and intentional living.
The Coaching Room: Educational content, guidance, and resources addressing topics such as gut health, nervous system regulation, mindset, and lifestyle practices.
The Kitchen: Recipes, nutritional education, food inspiration, and resources intended to encourage nourishing eating habits.
The Mindfulness Studio: Guided mindfulness practices, breathwork, relaxation exercises, and other resources supporting emotional well-being and self-awareness.
The Guest Room: Educational contributions, interviews, articles, and resources from invited professionals, educators, and guest contributors.
The Boutique: A curated collection of products, recommendations, and healthier lifestyle alternatives, including products sold directly by House of Wellness and products offered through third parties.
We may introduce, modify, rename, expand, or discontinue features, programs, and services as our platform evolves, subject to applicable laws and our obligations to paying members.
2. Eligibility and Account Registration
To purchase a membership or create an account, you must be at least 18 years old or have reached the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
By registering, you agree to:

Use your membership for personal, non-commercial purposes unless otherwise authorized.

By purchasing a recurring membership, you authorize House of Wellness and its authorized payment processor to charge the applicable subscription fees according to your selected billing cycle.
Subscription pricing, currency, billing frequency, and applicable taxes will be disclosed during checkout.
3.3 Automatic Renewal
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, recurring memberships automatically renew at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
By subscribing, you acknowledge and authorize these recurring charges.
Any renewal terms, price changes, and required notices will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
3.4 Membership Cancellation
Members may cancel their subscriptions using the cancellation method provided through their account or by contacting House of Wellness.
The applicable cancellation process, effective date, and continued access following cancellation are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Cancellation of a membership does not automatically entitle a member to a refund of previously paid fees.
Any refund rights provided by applicable law remain unaffected.
3.5 Pricing Changes
We reserve the right to change membership pricing.
Price changes affecting existing subscriptions will be communicated in advance as required by applicable law.
Members will have the opportunity to cancel before a new price takes effect where required.
4. Educational and Informational Purposes
All content provided by House of Wellness is intended for general educational, informational, and personal development purposes.
This includes content related to:

Gut and digestive health.

Mindset and personal development.
Breathwork and mindfulness.

No particular physical, emotional, financial, or lifestyle outcome is guaranteed.
Educational content does not establish a healthcare provider-patient relationship.
Members are responsible for deciding which practices are appropriate for their circumstances.
Any examples, testimonials, or personal experiences shared by our founder, contributors, or members are illustrative and should not be interpreted as guarantees of similar results.
6. The Kitchen and Nutritional Content
Recipes, meal suggestions, ingredient recommendations, and nutritional information provided through The Kitchen are intended for general educational and informational purposes.
House of Wellness does not guarantee that recipes or dietary suggestions will be suitable for every individual.
Members are responsible for reviewing ingredients and considering their own:
Food allergies and intolerances.
Dietary restrictions.
Medical conditions.
Nutritional requirements.
Personal preferences.
Nutritional values, where provided, are estimates and may vary depending on ingredients, preparation methods, and serving sizes.
House of Wellness is not responsible for adverse reactions resulting from ingredients or dietary practices, except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Mindfulness Studio and Guided Practices
The Mindfulness Studio may include breathing exercises, guided meditation, relaxation techniques, and other practices intended to support mindfulness and personal well-being.
These practices may not be suitable for everyone.
Certain breathing exercises or relaxation techniques may cause dizziness, discomfort, or emotional distress in some individuals.
Members should participate at their own pace, stop any practice that causes discomfort, and seek professional guidance when appropriate.
Breathwork exercises should not be performed while driving, swimming, operating machinery, or engaging in activities where impaired awareness could create a safety risk.
Our mindfulness resources are not substitutes for medical or mental health treatment.
8. The Guest Room and Third-Party Contributors
House of Wellness may feature content created by guest educators, practitioners, writers, coaches, and other contributors.
Opinions, recommendations, and statements made by guest contributors are their own and do not necessarily represent the views of House of Wellness.
Although we aim to feature thoughtful and relevant contributions, we do not independently guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of every guest contribution.
Guest content is provided for educational purposes and should not automatically be interpreted as personalized professional advice.
Guest contributors may reference their own websites, products, services, or businesses.

9. The Boutique and Product Purchases

9.1 Products Sold by House of Wellness
Products purchased directly from House of Wellness are subject to the descriptions, prices, availability, shipping terms, and applicable policies displayed at the time of purchase.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure product information is accurate.
However, product packaging, appearance, and other non-essential characteristics may vary slightly from website photographs.

All purchases are subject to availability and order acceptance.

If payment has already been collected for an order we cannot fulfill, the appropriate refund will be issued.

House of Wellness does not control third-party product quality, shipping, returns, or fulfillment.
9.6 Final Sale Policy
All physical products sold directly by House of Wellness through The Boutique are considered final sale.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, personal preference, or products that have been opened or used.
If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@houseofwellness.co with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photographs where applicable.
We will review the matter and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Products purchased through third-party retailers or affiliate links are subject to the respective retailer's return and refund policies.

11. Brand Ambassador Program
House of Wellness may offer a selective Brand Ambassador Program to individuals whose values and content align with our mission. Participation is subject to application review and approval. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. Approved ambassadors may receive benefits such as complimentary membership access, personalized discount codes, referral commissions, and potential collaboration opportunities. Specific eligibility requirements, commission rates, payment schedules, referral attribution rules, and program conditions will be communicated through separate Brand Ambassador Program Terms. Ambassadors must comply with applicable advertising and consumer protection laws, including requirements to clearly disclose sponsored content, affiliate relationships, complimentary memberships, and other material benefits. Participation does not establish an employment relationship, partnership, or agency relationship unless expressly agreed in writing. House of Wellness may suspend or terminate participation in accordance with the applicable Ambassador Program Terms.
12. Community Standards and Member Conduct
House of Wellness is committed to maintaining a respectful, supportive, and welcoming environment.
Where interactive community features are available, members agree not to:
Harass, threaten, discriminate against, or abuse others.
Publish hateful, offensive, or deliberately misleading content.
Promote unsafe or harmful health practices.
Share another member's personal information without permission.
Advertise unrelated products or services without authorization.
Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity.
Disrupt the functionality or security of the platform.
We reserve the right to moderate content, restrict participation, or suspend accounts where reasonably necessary to protect members and maintain community standards.
Any enforcement action will be proportionate and subject to applicable law.
